How do I create a Help Center user account?
If you have ever emailed an issue to support@ccwsafe.com, then you already have an account and just need to set your password.
Click here for information on setting or resetting your password.
If you have no previously emailed support and simply wish to create a Help Center account, click "Sign In" in the top right of the screen.
Select "Sign up".

A new pop-up will show.
Enter your email and click "Submit".

A new pop-up will show.

You will receive an email.

Click the link on the email.
You will be directed to the account creation page.

Enter your name and choose your password.
You will then be logged in to the Help Center where you can submit a support request, access Help Articles, and track any requests you send in.
