How do I update my subscriptions payment method?
Note:
- If your subscription is "On Hold" click on Membership Subscriptions. Click on the "Pay" button. On the next page update the credit card information and process the payment.
- We recommend you only keep one payment method on file.
- You can not delete a payment method that is linked to an active subscription if you only have one payment method on file.
- You must add a second payment method before you can delete an existing one.
You can add a new payment method at any time in the My Account area of the site.
Using an internet browser on a computer or phone, go to: https://ccwsafe.com/
Click on "My Account".
Enter your email and password
Click "Log In".
You will be immediately taken to your Account Dashboard.
In the left side "Navigation" panel, click on "Membership Subscription".
Your "Subscription" information will open on the right side of the dashboard if you only have a single subscription.
Otherwise, you will need to click the "View" button to the right of the subscription you want to adjust.
Once the subscription is open on the right side of the My Account area, you can see if it is set to Manual Payment or not.
If it says "Via Manual Renewal", click the "Add payment".
This will take you to a change payment method page where you can attach the subscription to an existing payment method or add an additional payment method.
If you have multiple cards on file, you can select the one you wish to attach to the subscription and then click the "Manage Payment Methods" button. Choose which credit card that you want as default.
Your subscription will now be set for automatic renewal payments based on the terms of your subscription.
