How do I cancel my membership?
Note: CCW Safe membership is contingent upon you having an active subscription to one of our plans.
Subscriptions are simply renewing payments billed either annually or monthly based on the choice you make when buying a plan.
All of our plans are Legal Service Subscriptions.
To cancel your membership you must cancel your subscription.
To cancel your subscription:
Using an internet browser on a computer or phone, go to: https://ccwsafe.com/
Click on "My Account".
Enter your email and password
Click "Log In".
You will be immediately taken to your Account Dashboard.
To see all information related to your subscription, click on "Membership Subscriptions" in the left side "Navigation" panel,
Your "Subscription" information will open on the right side of the dashboard. Simply press the "Cancel" button to cancel the subscription.
If you purchased the Plan and the Add-on(s) at separate times, you may have multiple subscriptions. Click the View button for the subscription you want to cancel. Canceling a subscription with a Plan in it will automatically cancel any additional subscriptions you may have that contain add-ons bought at a time after your initial plan purchase.
You will get a cancelation success message once your plan is canceled.
Prorated refunds for canceled plans on an annual payment schedule are manually processed. They are prorated from the end of the month in which the plan is canceled.
It can take up to one week for these to be handled. Please be patient while we calculate and process your refund.
The refund will be placed back on the credit card on file. If for some reason the refund can not be processed back to the credit card on file, a check will be mailed to you.
You will receive an email once your refund is processed.
