How do I reset my password?
You can reset your passwords one of two ways.
1. If you know your current password:
Using an internet browser on a computer or phone, go to: https://ccwsafe.com/
Click on "My Account".
Enter your email and password
Click "Log In".
You will be immediately taken to your Account Dashboard.
In the left side "Navigation" panel, click on "Account Details".
Your "Account Details" information will open on the right side of the dashboard.
Enter your current password.
Enter your new password.
Confirm your new password.
Click "Save changes".
You will see a success message letting you know the changes have been saved.
2. If you have forgotten your current password:
If you have forgotten or do not remember your current password, then click on "My Account" as though you were logging in.
Once you are on the log-in page, click "Lost my password".
This will take you to a page where you can enter the email address associated with your account.
After you have entered your email, click "Reset password"
You will be sent an email with a link to reset your password.
You will see a success message once the email has been sent.
The email will look something like this:
Click on the link to be taken to the page to reset your password.
Once you have entered your new password and confirmed it, click "Save" and your password will be reset.
You will be taken back to the login page where you will see a success message.
You can now log in using your updated password.
