How do I submit a support request from this Help Center?
To submit a request from the Help Center, simply click on "Submit a request" in the top right of the screen.
A submission form will open. Please be as specific as possible.
All questions are required before you can submit the request.
If you are not signed in the form will ask for an email address where you can be contacted.
